2025 was a year of meaningful growth and momentum for us! From expanding our team and services to strengthening internal processes and partnerships, we made intentional strides that shaped our success. As we reflect on the year, we’re proud to share the milestones and achievements that moved us forward.
2025 Strategic Goals
At NMDM, setting intentional, strategic goals is a cornerstone of our approach to growth and success. We believe that clear objectives work to strengthen our company as a whole. In 2025, we are proud to have achieved nearly every one of our goals across departments, including digital, creative, production, and executive. We believe that setting and working hard to achieve these goals reflects our commitment to excellence. By staying true to our mission of building strong partnerships delivering innovative direct marketing solutions, and embracing new ideas, we continue to drive meaningful results for our company and our clients.
National Mail & Digital Marketing – New DBA
As part of our continued growth, we recognized that our original name did not fully represent the variety of services that we offer to our clients. To better align with our expanding digital capabilities while still honoring the reputation and trust that has been built over the past 50 years, we have introduced a new DBA: National Mail & Digital Marketing. This evolution brings greater clarity and reinforces our commitment to delivering modern marketing solutions to all our clients and partners.
Diversification of Industries
While we are incredibly thankful for the long-standing client partnerships we’ve worked hard to build over the past five decades, a key focus for 2025 was expanding the range of industries we serve. We are proud to make meaningful progress, onboarding clients across sectors like Medicare and healthcare, non-profits, hospitality, financial services, education, and more. Diversifying our client base allows us to apply expertise in new ways, and we look forward to continuing this growth in the years ahead.
Project Management Workflows
To improve efficiency and organization across all projects, the NMDM team has taken several steps to streamline our internal workflow process. We have been trained on a new project management software, transitioned to digital storage for all jobs to keep work more organized and accessible, and adopted a client management system to better track communications and project progress. These enhancements are intended to help the internal team work more intentionally, collaborate more effectively, and part of green initiative.
New Direct Mail Clients
Expanding our client base and service offerings was a pillar of our work in 2025, however direct mail will always be a foundation of our expertise. This year, we were proud to onboard many new clients from a variety of industries. We have honed a process that delivers consistent, high-quality results on a wide range of direct mail projects, ensuring that their campaigns are tailored to meet their objectives. We take pride in being able to offer a well-rounded approach to marketing, with a strong team in digital and direct mail.
New Digital Campaigns
This year marked significant growth and progress in our digital department. Over the year, we have developed multiple digital campaigns for both new and existing clients, delivering measurable results and exceeding campaign expectations. We were honored to be recognized for our digital work, receiving a MarCom Platinum Award for a client’s campaign. These accomplishments reinforce our commitment to expanding our digital department and providing impactful solutions to all clients.
Awards
2025 was an exciting year for the NMDM team, highlighted by recognition from multiple organizations for our client work. We were honored with top awards from both MarCom and the Hermes Creative Awards, receiving a Platinum Award and a Gold Award. We are proud to be recognized by these organizations, and honored that these awards reflect the range of services and diverse clients we serve.
Internal Goals
Internal Culture Programs
Throughout 2025, we focused on strengthening our team culture through a variety of events and activities designed to foster connection and collaboration between our internal team. From visits to vendor facilities, participating in charitable activities, to offsite executive team meetings, these experiences have allowed our team to engage together outside of our normal work environment to build stronger relationships, deepen connections, and have a positive impact on how our team collaborates internally. We have seen this influence transfer to smoother workflows, thoughtful problem-solving, and has ultimately led to higher-quality results for our clients.
Expansion of the Team
We are excited to have expanded the team with the addition of key roles to better support our clients and internal team. Our intention was to continue building the team with roles to strengthen our departments and support the development of robust, results-driven campaigns. We were intentional to add individuals to collaborate between internal teams and client, dedicated to maximizing the impact of our clients marketing efforts.
Continuous Learning Programs for the Internal Team
At NMDM, we know that staying current with best practices is essential for both individual and company growth. To support this, we launched a continuous learning program for all team members, offering monthly webinars, courses, and certifications designed to expand knowledge and strengthen skills in each department. We continue to commit to fostering development within the team and keeping our employees at the forefront of the industry.
NMMC Cares
In 2025 a key priority for NMDM was giving back to our community. Located in a small town, we understand the impact of supporting and uplifting those around us, so this year our team participated in a variety of charitable initiatives. Some organizations include Pals for Life, Cradles to Crayons, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, PennVet, Project Night Night, Delco Helping Hands, Child Guidance Resource Centers, and more. We have made an effort to choose different causes each quarter that touch the lives of our team and community, and we are proud to contribute our time and resources to these important causes.
