Tiffany Gillespie joins NMDM in the role of Controller and key member of the Senior Management team with a wealth of financial expertise. She began her career in taxes at a small CPA firm in San Diego but has since discovered a passion for broader financial leadership.  Since then, she has focused on providing Controller and CFO services to support businesses and help them run more efficiently and strategically.

Over the years, Tiffany has worked with a diverse range of clients including those in the manufacturing, retail, and distribution industries. She comes to NMDM with experiences that spans multiple business sectors as well as software platforms, giving her a well-rounded perspective on business operations. She has a proven track record of driving process improvements and supporting companies in reaching their financial goals.
